We collect contact information and accident details from users to facilitate these connections, as outlined in Section 13. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee legal provider contact or case acceptance.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms.
  3. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false, fraudulent, or automated information (e.g., fake accident details or bot-generated submissions), which may result in termination of access and potential legal consequences.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfferAxis, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in Pinellas County, Florida, for claims not subject to arbitration.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent Site notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OfferAxis, LLC regarding the Site’s use.

13. TCPA and SMS Compliance

By submitting your telephone number and form on MVAClaimConnect.com, you authorize MVA Claim Connect to contact you via telemarketing calls and text messages, including automated calls through our conversational AI agents, as recorded by TrustedForm for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and only initiate calls with your prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of using our services.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your request, but typically 4–6 msgs/mo.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS; you will receive a final confirmation that no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: Reply "HELP" for assistance or email help@mvaclaimconnect.com

We do not share your mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the services you requested.

14. Arbitration Agreement

  1. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Site use will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for small claims court-eligible claims.
  2. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, available at www.adr.org or 1-800-778-7879.
  3. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise to avoid undue burden.
  4. Disputes will be resolved individually, not as class actions.
  5. Arbitration will occur in St. Petersburg, Florida, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

15. Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against OfferAxis, LLC related to the Site.

17. Force Majeure

19. General Compliance
